Coach, Qi Gong Instructor, and Human Design Coach, blending ancient wisdom with modern science to help others reconnect with
their natural rhythm and inner vitality.
With a grounded, heart-centered approach, Dave is known for making complex health concepts simple, actionable, and deeply empowering. His work integrates energetics, nutrition, movement, and self-awareness to support true alignment physically, mentally, and spiritually. When he’s not sharing wisdom through his courses, workshops, and online content, Dave continues to study, practice, and embody the principles he teaches. His mission is to help others become sovereign in their health and reconnect with the foundational forces of nature-starting with the most essential of all: water.

🌿 My Journey
My path into holistic health wasn’t a straight line. Like many of us, I tried to “push through” – through fatigue, stress, poor digestion, and the subtle signals my body was sending. I thought if I just trained harder, ate cleaner, or worked more, I’d find balance. Instead, I burned out.
That’s when everything shifted.
I began to explore what true health really means, not just the absence of symptoms, but the presence of vitality, clarity, and flow. I studied nutrition, movement, and lifestyle medicine, and I learned how deeply our emotions, environment, and even our daily rhythms shape our well-being.
Most importantly, I discovered that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about remembering what’s already whole.
Today, I guide others through the same process.
My work combines modern science with timeless wisdom to help people align their bodies, minds, and daily lives. This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about building a foundation that lasts, one rooted in rhythm, nourishment, and self-trust.
