The monthly coaching will consist of an initial 60-90 Minutes Deep Dive call, including Diet & Lifestyle Assessments sheets, to establish a baseline & discover any ailments and clarify goals. This is followed by a weekly 30-Minute Follow-Up call to offer support, guidance, and accountability.
